Every bike arrives fully charged and serviced before the ride — and lasts a full day of sightseeing on a single charge. We have never had a bike run out of charge during a rental.
Delivery and collection are free for any hotel, apartment or address within 3 km of the Old Town — including Kazimierz, Podgórze and Kleparz. We deliver daily from 8:00 to 20:00 and collect until 22:00, so a full-day rental can start whenever suits you. Please book at least 2 hours ahead, or the evening before for rides starting before 10:00. Staying further out? Message us, or collect your bike from our office at Wrocławska 20. Your rental time starts at handover, not at the booked time.
4-hour and 8-hour rentals require no deposit at all. For 12-hour full-day rentals and guided tours we take a refundable security deposit of €200 (or 850 PLN). We send you a secure payment link — this is a real charge, not a hold. We refund it as soon as the bike is back with us undamaged; depending on your bank, the money usually reaches your card within 7 days. We only keep part or all of the deposit if the bike comes back damaged or does not come back at all.
Every rental includes an e-bike fitted to your height, a certified safety helmet, rear panniers, curated route maps, a bike lock, and a phone holder mount. Hotel delivery and collection are always included. The guided tour additionally includes a dedicated English-speaking guide for the full three hours.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, though we are happy to reschedule to another date subject to availability. In the event of severe weather or exceptional circumstances, we will always offer a full reschedule or refund.
If you are comfortable on a regular bicycle, you will find our e-bikes intuitive within the first few minutes. The electric assist handles inclines and cobblestone sections effortlessly. We provide a brief hands-on orientation before every rental, so you feel confident before you leave.
